What is Health Coaching?
Health Coaching is an accompaniment in the self-care of health. The work focuses on attitude towards change, adherence to new habits, behaviours and lifestyles, and the beliefs that condition health care.
Health Coaching focuses on the health lifestyle that the person wishes to follow, and it is the person themself who tests, modifies, and decides on the actions that will lead them to achieve their goals.
My work focuses on the quadrant: nutrition, physical exercise, rest, and relaxation.
